Order changes are not guaranteed. Contact KidWise as promptly as possible if an item, quantity, or address is incorrect. Once processing or shipment begins, changes may no longer be possible.
Is standard shipping always free?
KidWise provides free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered to supported addresses within the United States. The checkout page will show the available delivery method for your address.
Is the 3–5 business day delivery period guaranteed?
The standard three-to-five-business-day period is an estimate unless KidWise expressly provides a written guarantee. Weather, holidays, carrier capacity, verification, address issues, and other events may affect delivery.
When does the 30-day return period begin?
The standard return and exchange period begins on the date the carrier records the order as delivered. The item must meet the applicable return conditions and follow the return instructions provided by KidWise.
Can the 15% email discount combine with a 20% promotion?
Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, discounts do not stack. When more than one automatic promotion applies, the website may apply the highest eligible discount to the qualifying product or order.
What happens if a product price is displayed incorrectly?
KidWise may correct the error, contact you for instructions, cancel the affected item, or issue a refund. We are not required to complete a transaction at an obviously incorrect price when the error should reasonably have been apparent.
Who is responsible for checking age recommendations?
The adult purchasing or supervising the product is responsible for reviewing age guidance, warnings, instructions, component size, developmental fit, and the appropriate level of supervision for the individual child.
What should I do if a product arrives damaged?
Stop use, keep the product and packaging available, take clear photographs, and contact KidWise promptly with your order information and a description of the issue. Do not allow a child to use a product that appears damaged or incomplete.
Can KidWise update these Terms?
Yes. KidWise may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, service, product, or website changes. The updated effective date will appear at the top of the page when revised Terms are published.
